Getnada Terms of Service

By accessing or using Getnada (getnada.net) operated by Metall-Treat Industries Pte Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable policies linked on this site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Getnada provides free and tiered temporary email (temp mail) services, including disposable inboxes, optional member accounts, developer API access, and manually arranged premium upgrades. The service is intended for privacy-friendly signups, OTP verification, testing, and similar lawful uses.

Getnada inboxes receive inbound mail only. You may not use Getnada to send email to third parties. Any attempt to use the platform as an outbound mail relay is prohibited.

Guest access allows immediate use of guest-tier temp mail domains without registration. Member access requires a verified account and unlocks member-tier domains, private inbox management, and API keys within plan limits. Premium access offers higher limits and broader domains and is arranged manually via Contact — there is no self-serve checkout on this website.

API access is subject to authentication rules, rate limits, and the Developer Policy. You are responsible for securing API keys and inbox tokens. Abuse of the API may result in key revocation or account suspension.

Temporary email inboxes and their messages are short-lived by design. We may delete or expire inboxes, messages, and sessions at any time according to operational policy. Do not rely on Getnada for permanent storage.

Do not use Getnada for banking, medical records, government IDs, passwords, or other sensitive personal data. Public inboxes are not private vaults. You use the service at your own risk for non-sensitive workflows only.

We strive to keep Getnada available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, abuse mitigation, infrastructure failures, or partner mail delays may affect delivery and uptime.

Premium temporary email arrangements are negotiated manually. Any fees, scope, and support terms are agreed outside this website's self-serve flows. Premium features do not transfer automatically between deployments or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access, revoke API keys, or block IP addresses if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We may act without prior notice when required for security or abuse prevention.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
