Getnada Privacy Policy

Metall-Treat Industries Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates Getnada, a temporary email and temp mail service at getnada.net. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you create disposable inboxes, register an account, or use our API. By using Getnada, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Getnada provides short-lived disposable email addresses and browser inboxes. Messages sent to a temporary email address are stored only for the operational lifetime of that inbox, which is designed for mail 10 minute style verification, OTP delivery, and low-risk signups — not long-term storage. Public inbox URLs may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not use temp mail for confidential information.

Getnada is a receive-only temporary email service. You cannot send outbound email through Getnada inboxes. We process inbound mail solely to display it in your disposable inbox for the limited retention period.

If you register, we store your account email address and a hashed password. We may store activation state, plan tier, API key metadata (prefix and hash — never the full secret after creation), and private inbox records linked to your account. You may contact us to request account-related assistance. We do not sell personal account data to third parties for marketing.

When you use the Getnada API, we log requests as described in Server Logs below. API keys are stored as one-way hashes. See our Developer Policy and Terms of Service for acceptable API use and rate limits.

If you request premium temporary email access through our Contact form, we store your message, email address, and topic for operator review. Premium arrangements are handled manually — we do not process card payments on this site.

Like most web services, we collect technical logs that may include IP address (often hashed for contact submissions), user agent, request timestamps, and error diagnostics. We use these logs for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and service reliability.

Temporary email content and disposable inbox metadata are retained only as long as needed for the service — typically short-term, aligned with mail 10 minute and session-based use. Account data is retained while your account is active and as required for legal or operational purposes.

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery), security tools, and optional partner mail sources to operate Getnada. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations appropriate to their role.

You are responsible for using Getnada temp mail lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or medical information to disposable inboxes.
